Shipping & Handling

We want you to enjoy what you ordered. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for a refund within 14 days from the date merchandise was received. Here is the EcoG shipping and handling guideline:

  • We will refund you with no additional handling charge when the merchandise returned in original sellable condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise was received.
  • Shipping fee is not refundable and refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee if Free Shipping was issued on the order.
  • Merchandise received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 15% restocking fee, and shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to original credit card only.
  • Please call or email us before you return your purchase.
    (Emails are answered in the order that they were received, responses may be delayed during weekends and holidays.)
  • Fill up the Return Form which provided with your delivery.
    (Click here to download return form if it’s not provided with your delivery.)
  • All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS or FedEx. EcoG Boutique online retail is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier with no delivery confirmation.
  • 
Returns may take up to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Items purchased from EcoG wholesale and/or sample sale by reseller are not using this shipping policy.
  • The final sale items are not refundable.
